The Team

Dr. Thomas is a Family Medicine Physician, Board certified in Family Medicine with a Hospital Medicine concentration. She is currently licensed to practice medicine in New York, Florida and Jamaica W.I. Dr. Thomas obtained her Bachelors of Science- dual major in Biology and Psychology with honors at Syracuse University.  She then obtained her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in 2010 and completed residency in Family Medicine at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Family Medicine Residency in 2013. There she served as Chief Resident from 2012-2013. Medicine is her passion and she is excited and ready to support your health goals. 

Ms. Pinnock is our Medical Assistant. Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, she graduated from Mona High School in 2006 and then went on to earn a Associate of Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the College of Agriculture, Science and Education.  She then switched career paths and obtained a Diploma in Phlebotomy Technician  from Health Education and Counseling Institute. Ms. Pinnock then went on to study Medical Assistant at All American Institute of Medical Sciences. She is a vital part of the HRMC team.

Ms. Cooper is our Receptionist. She obtained a Phlebotomy Technician certificate from Distinction College. She has over 3 years receptionist/front desk experience. She is the gatekeeper at HRMC and she is ready to assist you.
